On the Town of: Erudin

Resting upon the cliffs
overlooking the Vasty Deep lays Erudin, the grand, clean white city of the
High Men of Odus. High white marble walls and towers surround the city which
is perched on a high cliff above the magical waters of the Vasty Deep. Its
people thirst for knowledge, love art and music, and detest violence. Most of
the city of Erudin is surrounded by very steep, rock cliffs that the rough waters of the Vast
Deep break upon the constant force.
July 4th Holiday Support

Greetings Norrathians! In-Game customer support will be limited during the July 4th Holiday this Friday to allow some of our staff to spend the holiday with their families and friends. However, we will have some dedicated GMs working on the holiday to assist with your in-game needs and we greatly appreciate your patience if you experience a longer then normal wait. Phone and live chat Technical Support will be closed on 7/4, but we will be offering limited support via email during normal business hours.
Into the Depths of: The Akheva

Ka Vethan was the first stronghold of the Akheva. It was destroyed by the Maiden’s Scar, a
powerful storm that erupted through countryside and now lies dormant across
the skies to the twilight. All that remains of the once enormous, living
citadel are piles of solid, dead matter of shadow and stone that had once
composed the grand fortress.

On Wednesday, June 25, 2008, beginning 9:00 am PDT (10:00am
MDT, 11:00am CDT, 12:00noon EDT, 16:00 GMT) all SOE Account and Commerce
flow, the Station Store and the CSG Store with be unavailable due to a
maintenance. This maintenance includes the Character Transfer Service
for SWG, EQ, and EQII.
We expect this maintenance to take approximately 4 1/2 hours. During this maintenance period game servers will still be accessible with the exception of Legends of Norrath. The Legends of Norrath game servers will be down beginning at 9:00 am PDT for approximately 2 hours. Please watch the forums for further updates regarding this maintenance. We apologize for this interruption and will resume the affected services as soon as the maintenance is completed.

the Tribunal is coming to an end, and not a moment too soon. The work was
dangerous and unsettling, even for a hardened adventurer like yourself. Towards the end, it seemed as if some very odd
orders were coming from the Tribunal, ones that just didn't sit right with
you. Your skills as an Inquisitor will enable you to discover the Chaos plot
within the Oathbound and save the Tribunal.

So you're back in the swing of things, and you just remembered the name of an old friend! But he or she is playing on a different server or in another SOE game now. So how do you get in touch? It's pretty easy! Players of EverQuest, EverQuest II, Planetside, Vanguard, The Matrix Online and Star Wars: Galaxies can easily chat with one another by using specific chat syntax. You can also send mail to your fellow players in any SOE game. Click on the headline to see instructions on how you can stay in contact with your friends across different SOE titles.

So now that you're back in EverQuest do you find yourself saying, "This is so great! I'm finding lots of old friends I want to keep up with," or, "The pick-up group I just played with was awesome. I want to stay in touch with all of those players! How do I do that?" If so, this handy guide will help you out. When you make friends in EverQuest, you can add them to your friends list. Open the Friend panel by clicking the "Friends" tab on Windows selector, or by pressing Alt+F.
